Conquestest: Take It Slow

Description
Summary
Regularly spawn an invincible unit on any owned terrain (except forests). These units will defend the owned tile until destroyed by an 'Envoy'. 'Envoys' are commanders that also regularly spawn and are able to cast a ritual that can destroy Overseers once per turn. This makes the game slower, more 'stable' (in my vague opinion), more deliberate and, hopefully, just plain different.

Additions
Overseers are spawned once every 3 turns, starting on turn 0. So every players starts with all their territory protected. These units have no attacks but are (hopefully) impossible to destroy by normal means.

Envoys are spawned once every 12 turns but starting on turn 12. So the first envoy will be spawned at turn 12 and then turn 24, etc. This unit is the only unit capable of destroying Overseers through a custom ritual. The ritual costs 50 gold and 5 iron and can only be cast on adjacent tiles. It also costs 3 AP. Also, note: you can destroy your own Overseers (if you want to, for whatever reason).

Both of these units are only granted to human players and AI. They are not spawned for factions like Independents, Hades etc.

Why does this mod exist?
The main point of this mod is to make the game slower. I have a bunch of other mod ideas that utilize the planes more and force the players into the other planes. This mod is an important change to the pace of the game that enables those other ideas.

The reasoning being: if matches last long into the late game and with most of resources on Elysium being mostly divided, players will have an incentive to look for alternative sources of income in the planes.

Performance
"Square events" are used a lot but the hit to the performance is, in my opinion, only noticed on Enormous maps with 24 players. All in all, it's better than expected.

Note about AI
AI is most likely completely thrown off by this mod as AI players wouldn't use the new ritual correctly (if at all). So experiment at your own expense. I might try and figure out those AI commands later though.
