Yeah this thing behaves weirdly in general. Online the animations are bugged, and Offline if you shoot this thing a few bullets will come out but then you can't shoot or reload for several seconds afterwards.

For some reason, the animations really act up in-game. I picked this up in The Passing and had issues where the gun would go offscreen when fired and play the wrong animations when reloading.
