Random gnome sound

Description
The game randomly plays a gnome sound when in-game. It should not play it while in the menu or while the game is paused.

If you want to adjust the frequency of this audio:
  • Go to TBOI folder, tipically located in "(where you've installed steam)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\", or right-click on the game in your library, select manage, and choose browse local files.
  • Enter the mod folder, then navigate to the "random_gnome_sound" folder.
  • Open "main.lua" with a text editor.
  • Change the value "1/60" in the line that says "chance_to_play_sound = 1/60" to your desired frequency. A lower value means the sound plays less frequently, while a higher value means it plays more frequently. A value of 30 or higher means it will be played every frame.

If you want to only change the volume of this sound, go to the file 'main.lua' following the steps in the description.
Then, search for the line with 'SFXManager():Play(sfx, 1, 2, false, 1)' - it's one of the last lines.
Change the first '1' to something like '0.5' to make it quieter or to '2' to make it louder.
