add some a little bit of sway when looking around if possible n this becomes the best mac10

The only thing missing is that the weapon doesn't move it's position when looking up and down. If this is ever updated in the future that would be a neat addition.

Holy shit, I've been looking for a new animation + no muzzleflash for a while now as the current mods available aren't really to my liking. This is perfect!
