Description
This Mod adds a much-needed Pub near Lakeview Manor in Falkreath (one of the properties found in Hearthfire DLC), so the Player can find resources to build his Dream Home(s). Also you can buy/sell from the Barkeep found in the Tower. Leveled items includes Child clothing and gifts, clay, quarried stone, ingots, glass, weapons/armor, hinges, fittings, nails, etc.

Usefull.....if one is still Building tho lower level PC's MIGHThave an occasionall spot of Bother since that areais Usually populated by Vargr and skeletons. Lakeview is probably one of the Better Hearthfire homes (from an Argonian POV as the other housesare in wintry appearing areas and Lizard folk dont like the cold).
