GiC Race [MY PATCH FU]

Description
I made a small update that removes the benefits of weapons in the GiC race so that the race is no better than the original races.

This is my attempt to make the GiC races more compatible with the Frackin' Universe.
I can't fix the ship's SAIL, but it is fully functional when you use FU BYOS mode.

PROGRESS:

Hardcore Mode: YES
S.A.I.L: NO (I don't know how to fix this)
B.Y.O.S: YES (S.A.I.L works when selected)
Race Description: YES
Shiplocker: YES

Is that the standard GiC human ship? I ask since it's not the one I'm getting and I don't think I have mods that change that.
