Mine is more customizable and comes with a tool-menu, though you can still use convars:
  • sv_enthpbar_enabled 1 / 0
  • entbar_showbar 1 / 0
  • entbar_showname 1 / 0
  • entbar_showmodelname 1 / 0
  • entbar_showhpnumber 1 / 0
  • entbar_xpos number (def: 0)
  • entbar_ypos number (def: 0)
  • entbar_textalignment left/right/central (def: left)
    Note: any thing except 'left' and 'right' works as 'central'.
