UPDATE: I have decided to discontinue this mod due to the fact that a KJ rework has been made on the Patron version of the mod and it does what this was originally meant to do for Hun and P'o. It is not on the main Steam version as of the making of this edit but I don't want to update this mod for this version since I am busy and it will likely not be long before the KJ rework makes it into the base mod

This mod overhauls the Hun and P'o trait from the Salubri Watcher decisions. The original trait only gives you access to up to tier 5 Kuei Jin abilities and I didn't like that. My submod makes it start off weaker but by the end it is much stronger. It is a long and tedious path however...

The mod turns Hun and P'o into a 6 tier trait system. The first version is weaker than its normal counterpart by a lot, but has access to the same level 5 perks. When you hit tier 5 it will have the original trait's stat boost but have full access to the lifestyle trees instead of just the first 5 levels of perks. Then there is the 6th level. You can discover that on your own.

There are two ways to increase your Insight into the Hun and P'o. Be friends or lovers with Kuei Jin that are on your level of enlightenment or higher (tier 1 Hun and P'o is the same as Dharma 5, tier 5 is the same as Dharma 9) which is a very slow but passive way to move forward. You can also drink those on the path of Enlightenment dry to try to gain their insights, forgoing the normal resonance experience from their blood to try to grasp at any insights you can.

i wish that this made it so that you could start to get access to kuei jin abilities in a less obnoxious way

Haven't played the mod without this because I just think it fits. Poking around in the code for compatibility reasons, is there a reason why you edit the POD_pulse_on_actions instead of creating your own yearly_on_actions file and pulse_on_actions_file? Examples to follow.
Steal them if you want. Could save you some time updating if the POD team updates the POD_pulse_on_actions. And for someone like me tracking down why something isn't working in my modlist. :steamhappy:

Still need to do the things to actually get Hun and P'o, after which the submod allows for progression instead of a static thing that only allows for the basic Kuei Jin powers like it is in base mod

As a Salubri Watcher if I make friends with a high Dharm Kuei Jinn will I eventually gain the trait? Or do I need to do Stealing Wisdom?
