One day I was playing and I thought

"Wow, I wish there was a wider variety of clothes in Zomboid like I have in my wardrobe…”

and then I realized

“oh… wait, I'm a 3D artist, I can literally add EVERYTHING I want to the game"

and so the idea of "Bianca Wardrobe" was born.

Bianca Wardrobe is an ongoing mod with the promise of colossal proportions, at the launch date there are already 1,751 different variations of items weighing only 80 mb and the plan is to increase exponentially and always keeping quality first! My goal is to always improve the items that have already been released and each time launch more beautiful and cool visuals to improve your gameplay
This mod will have frequent updates with different types of visuals and new ideas.

My wish is that there are infinite clothes in Zomboid, in all possible colors and tastes for everyone to feel comfortable and happy playing!

I feel strange doing an F.A.Q before launching the mod... i mean, no one has even asked anything yet

Q: “Bianca, what do you plan to add to the mod?”

Everything, literally, everything involving clothes and style!

all styles, all fabrics, shirts, all clothes, boots, pants,hairs, coats, overcoats, helmets, hats, scarves, bags, wings, ponchos, harness, lingerie, panties, underwear, bras, caps, capes, glasses, nails, tattoos, earrings! of all variations, sizes and colors and in the future you can be sure that I will also make optional clothes and skins for animals
(I would also like to make clothes and cars with neon but unfortunately Zomboid doesn't support emissive map, maybe in the future)

Q: “Are the models yours?”

Yes, I created all the models from scratch! This mod will not have any models that were not created exclusively for it

Q: “Can I use your mod in my modpack?”

Of course, feel free to use.

Q: “Is this mod incompatible with X mod?”

anything should work, if there is an error it's not the mod's fault because it is very simple and just adds items

Q: “Can you add X mod compatibility?”

I'm not going to add compatibility with any mod because it takes time to learn how the other mod works and put it into practice, but if you want to add compatibility feel free! the more compatibility the better

Q: “This mod must weigh a lot, won't my game have problems because of this?”

I know how annoying it is to use a cool mod that is poorly optimized and disrupts your game! Don't worry, that won't happen here. As I said, there are currently 1,750 item variations and the mod only weighs 80 mb. I worry as much as possible about getting the most out of a model or texture that I can without consuming unnecessary weight. Furthermore, the mod will never stop being more and more polished! It is always possible to optimize further

Q: “There are many items, how does the drop work? Will my game be full of items from your mod?”

I also have a big concern about the drop table, I don't want to pollute people's games and hinder other mods from spawning their own items! That's why I did everything I could to make it easier to acquire items without having to pollute the game. The drop table won't be intrusive, you'll find mod items but not at a high frequency!

and to compensate for this, the mod has 2 more possibilities to get the items:

the selection of clothes in the home menu and the "Fashionmancer"

This is a pretty big mod so it's understandable that errors will appear that I didn't notice before! It is very difficult to organize the workshop comments so if you are going to report an error, please do it on discord.

if anyone's running into issues with the Prescription Lenses not working with the Short Sighted trait, go to the BWardrobe_Cloth.txt files (there's two) and add 'VisualAid = TRUE' to the entries for the prescription lens versions of the glasses

to find those versions of the items, you can search 'SolidLens', there should be 16 in total

This is a great mod. Adds a variety to the game that feels very needed. However, I cannot seem to get this to work whilst hosting a server. Any suggestions on making this work in multiplayer?

why prescription glasses are not prescripted?

I still see everything blurred when my short sighted character uses any glasses from the mod

also the boxing shorts are too op with 0.2 combat speed

I've been having the same issue with the dresses on my end, I just assumed it was one of my other 400+ mods conflicting.
