This mod adds the Skeleton fleet fleet to the game as an AI faction.
The Skeleton Fleet hails from a mercenary nation on a different continent. Its origins trace back to a band of pirates. As their influence expanded, the leaders recognized that establishing dominion was more lucrative than mere pillaging and devastation. Through successive generations of steadfast governance, they ultimately established an autocratic regime within their borders and forged a formidable military might. They offered mercenary services abroad, employing coercion to subjugate smaller nations and amass substantial wealth. Inheriting the pirates' rapaciousness, brutality, audacity, and fearlessness, they wage war for monetary gain and are inherently bred for combat.
