TNO: Restore Old Ideologies

This Submod will restore all Purple Esoteric Nazism and Stalinism.

Support for Simplified Chinese and English!

The purpose of removing Purple Esoteric Nazism from the new version of TNO is to prevent the idea that "Hitler wasn't so bad", which is not in line with the original purpose of exposing the evils of Nazism and Fascism.
But that would take away some of the character, wouldn't it?
So I created this Submod and brought back Stalinism as well.

@M1894 我没办法让它跟所有submod兼容，因为submod会在原版文件里写东西，兼容后有可能在没装某些submod的情况下出现问题

又调模组试了，不是和TNO本体不兼容了，是和第二次西俄战争社区版不兼容，和第二次西俄战争一起用勃艮第和高加索领导人头像直接变成集团军没指挥官那个默认牌子了，德国和勃艮第变100棕饼了（没有紫饼），希特勒变成了胜者为王的头像
