Focus Tree Remover

Description
Simple mod that allows you to delete every nation focus tree or just replace it with a generic one. Good for sandbox or mapping i guess. Now also includes national spirit remover!

Compatible with Expanded Generic Focus Tree by Tactial Tea.

@aspilkenton1029 Same goes with other political advisors that require focuses. I'll try to fix it, but it might take a while, since I don't have much time for modding right now, due to exams and some other things.

I can't appoint fascist demagouge on main countries with generic focus trees. for example i tried playing Romania and couldn't appoint without "appoint pro fascist" focus.

got this for the random country placement mod works perfectly last they said was they temporarly left the german focus for crashing issue this was on dec 6th and the graveyard nations has focus trees they arnt the fastest on updating so thank you
