Description
Tired of your players using their physguns on their cars (not very roleplay, for example), so install this addon so that only administrators are able to take vehicles.

- compatible with any vehicle system (TDM, etc.)
- compatible with all administration menus (ulx,sam,xadmin)

i can finally not get flung to the other side of the map by anyone with a functioning mouse wheel
