Description

A rather aggressive "remover" for Whiterun city. Gets rid of outer-cell objects:

* food-stuffs
* food barrels
* misc rock clusters
* some of the small water falls (but not all)
* decorative plants (but not ingredient plants)
* chimneys & chimney smoke
* a couple of the decorative totem archways

Instead of removing a few objects globally (like some of the other remover / declutter mods), this one purges individual references in Whiterun. I made sure to avoid messing with objects that impact civil war or other activities. All of this stuff is decorative / immersion.

I won't lie, Whiterun looks pretty barren when using this. But, cutting out the objects helps save gfx memory and processing, hopefully boosting FPS.

Yeah, I lost interest in Skyrim shortly after. The reason I started the city declutters was because in the editors I saw a lot of bloat from unused stuff... eg: it was originally intended that every town be possible to have a war in, so catapult fire, destruction, etc. White run was the only city that occurs in in-game, though, so the rest of the towns have all this unused stuff on their maps. I originally intended to strip all of that out and just clean up the cities, but deleting an object here or there would bork up the quests scripts and it was like trying to find a needle in a haystack. So, I just added a bit of object declutter that folks may not want to see universally and got on with life.
