I think if you're having difficulty getting this working you may need to set the game to conquest rather than throne based victory.

This is best for just 2 players but up to 4 players. If you play with more that 2 you need to specify 2 land and 2 water. I'll put this in the description.

it doesn't work, seems like the number of players isn't setup correctly
