Description
为纳垢军事荣枯建筑增加效果：所有军事建筑的荣枯等级增加可召唤单位（完成对应荣枯等级时获得）。
同时，纳垢基地的建造时间减少到3回合并能产生额外的感染和财富，军事建筑建造时间减少到3回合，并增加建筑产生的感染数。
此外，纳垢地标还获得了新效果！

本mod兼容一切，亲测有效！

作者大佬您好，这边有个小问题想问一下，
这个mod并没有和英文版一样一同更新，虽然修改内容也不涉及中英文区别，但是英文版是新的内容而这个mod一直没有更新

不再减少基地成本，而是减少建筑时间到3回合。
