True Smoking [B41] [Legacy]

This mod overhauls the smoking mechanics by making smoking a passive action instead of a timed action. Now you can do other things while you smoke in a more realistic manner!

• Smoking is tracked via a Moodle after completing the initial timed action
  
• Smoke burns faster when taking puffs
  
• Relighting mechanic if the smoke goes out
  
• Compatible with most mods
  
• Smoke item is visible in hand (modded items too!)
  
• Stat effects are now distributed over the duration of the smoke
  
• Compatible with Smoker Trait
  
• Options and Settings configurable via Sandbox Options and Mod Options

Press K to take puffs and to relight your smoke if it goes out
Press ; (colon) to stop smoking

Tested mods during development, these are just what I personally wanted to make sure worked while I made this mod but its compatibility is not limited to the following:

• Smoker
  
• Auto Smoke
  
• Smokers Delight
  
• Evolving Traits World (ETW)
  
• More Smokes

There are a few different mods that allow you to gain/lose traits like 'Smoker' I think most should be compatible, ETW required a simple patch on my end for its implementation.
Some of the others I looked at didn't appear to have issues.

• Green fire effects may not distribute as they should
