Tow arm controller

This script controls a universal tow arm, allowing it to freely rotate when towing
and to return to a safe position to be retracted.
A Universal tow arm assumes a rotor, a vertical hinge and a horizontal hinge.
Optional components are a piston to extend/retract and an attachment like a magplate.

[Piston] > [Rotor] > [V.Hinge] > [H.Hinge] > [Magplate]

How to use
1. Add the rotors and hinges from the tow arm to a group named "[TOW]"
2. Run the script with the argument FREE to allow free movement
3. Run the script with the argument LOCKED to return arm to safe position

This script DOES NOT extend/retract the piston or lock the magplate.
