The instructions - should a stray user stumbling over this mod be able to use it - could be quite a bit clearer too. Link the Hecleas mod so it's clear which one (prob the AI Overhaul), then you should make clear which problem you tried to solve here....
Does Hecleas struggle with custom factions like TEB, Marienburg and so on? Well, there's plenty about the mod that I would like to understand from the ground up (incl. how you think it fares in the end at solcing the problems you were trying to solve), but it's your mod bro...
Other important things to communicate would be if this is standalone (don't use with Hecleas mod or its indiv. parts), which WH3 version you last tested this with and any (in)compatibilities you are aware of, no matter how obvious they might seem to you (e.g. all smaller Hecleas AI mods etc.),
If you mostly intended this for 2 or 3 homies, then that is fine too of course <3
My 10 cents
Fatigue, Morale, Matched Combat percentages, Melee hit chances, hit intervals, reinforcement arrival timers, bracing angels, collision damages, knockback related stuff, healing cap lowered, winds of magic cap is increased but unlike in the original mod, spells are not nerfed, all lords are nerfed in a lot of ways except HP.
All the changes are from Hecleas, I didn't tweak anything I kept.
