Why not make a "Matt Hatter Chronicles" SWEP?
All you would need to do is use information from both the "Matt Hatter Chronicles" fan wiki and watch some of the episodes from the series on "WatchAinime.com" in order to get the functions, shape, proportions and "particle and sound" effects respectively.
And to streamline things, you could map the "Cell-Blaster"'s functions to the number pad (keys 1 to 9) and the functions for the "Multi-Vision Specs" mapped to the ( "/", "*", "-", "+" and "0") keys with the "right mouse button" being used to toggle the "Specs" on and off.....

(I'm sorry if it sounds like I am "rambling on")

Oh yeah, I remember but now when I think about it. I thought of a cool concept. A take on The Doctor where The Doctor is a variant like in Loki and is practically like every incarnation even non canon combined as This doctor's TARDIS has the power beyond time and space as "The Variant Doctor" can also travel across... THE MULTIVERSE. I can also picture The Variant Doctor's Sonic working similar to the Cell-Blaster though!

I can't help thinking of the "Cell-Blaster" from "Matt Hatter Chronicles: Primal" because in that particular episode it showed that the first iteration of the "Cell-Blaster" had a wooden casing instead of a metal one.

It’s cool but the sound is pretty low quality
