Soviet Electric Locomotive VL15

This mod adds the Soviet electric locomotive VL15 and its modifications to the game, in 3 liveries. VL15 is the world's most powerful two-section DC electric locomotive, which was produced at the Tbilisi Electric Locomotive Plant from 1984 to 1991. Electrically, VL15 is largely unified with VL11, mechanically - with VL85. A total of 44 electric locomotives were produced, including modification S. Almost all of them worked for the Oktyabrskaya Railroad.

• In this mod we've first ever implemented our new technology "diverse numbers". It means that when you buy a locomotive, you have several plate numbers to choose from. In this way, you can avoid repeating the same number on all trains of the same model. By adding these number variations to the mod, we have not overloaded either your save or your computer with unnecessary files - the total weight of the files related to the numbers is only about a couple of megabytes.
