Vystra HOPE-90 - Career Edition

Description
This is a version of the Vystra HOPE-90 that won't flip when spawned in career mode. the fuel tanks have been merged into one single tank to prevent fuel inbalance, and the stabiliser made with xml edited rocket motors has been changed to one using regular weight blocks.

Thank you for making this, it's legit impressive af, I just needed to ask, are you updating the Career version of this too, or just the SandBox one? Asking because the "Updated" dates are so far apart.
