May 17, 2101: Cats are ruled as the god of all pets (but not humans). CatCare succeded. You have renamed CatCare "Good Kitty". Cats were dumped twice, butt now, everyone loves them, everyone has at least three, and the dogs have to be trained to not attack their owners before anyone can adopt them. It's a lot of work to own a dog now, so a lot less people want them. Everyone loved cats. What could possibly go wrong?

Or so you thought. A group of people still hated cats, and were plotting to kill all the cats and destroy the spicies once and for all. And then make dogs rule over humans! You heard rumors about this group, known as: "The Doggers". You sent a team of CIA spies to go investigate. It was true! This is what could go wrong. But you guys at Good Kitty had one last, secret, weapon.

C.A.T. 12 is a bacteria, derived from Kitten-2226, the Neurax Worm that got cats to this loving point. It is your goal, as the bacteria, to protect cats, and destroy the last threat to the feline world.

Note: C.A.T. 12 can infect both cats and humans. Symptoms are ways C.A.T. 12 makes people love cats. Transmissions are ways cats become more popular. Abilities are ways cats become more cute, and resistant. Infectivity is popularity of cats, severity is how cute and interesting cats are, and lethality is major love.
Remember that in wealthy countries, the Doggers made anticatics, a type of pill that reduces people's love for cats.
The win trait is Cat Overlord, which is at the top of the huge internet symptom tree, which starts with Pictures. Or you could 'destroy' the world. Both of these paths will result in a win.
