[WireMod] SpawnKill System + Keybind

This is a SpawnKill system, it allows the user to set a SpawnKill to a specific target, it also lets the user switch between the targets if once activated, as well as disable or enable it back when needed. And of course, it provides an usefull feature which "remembers" the current target if it disconnects from the Server.

- Available Keybinds:
(N) Selects the next player.
(M) Chooses the current selected player.
(M) (Enable / Disable) the system.
