Historical Bloodline OE Expansion

This is an expansion pack of Historical Bloodline GUI version, adding support for Oriental Empires. Credits to 放生莲, creator of the original HB mod.

- Added 35 historical bloodlines from OE (with unique icons)
- Added support for Classical Flavour Expanded with 8 additional bloodlines (optional)
- English and Chinese localisation
- Bloodlines (including ones from original mod) will now be activated automatically on game start. Removed decisions from original mod for better immersion
