Same city of sin, just got rid of a few objects with the goal improving frames while retaining most of the quality of the original. Most of the objects removed were those relating to the Men Of Sin mod so this version is just a empty city, nothing hidden to find. This version should be much more "playable", with a greatly improved frame rate over the original. Everything else is the same, so see original page for more details.

Notable Changes:
- removed guns & gear
- removed crime scenes
- removed grass at school & cemetery (just uses whatever terrain you place it on now)
- removed school 2nd story rooms (just copy & paste first floor if needed)

I know that doesn't seem like much, but that was enough to nearly double the average frames i was personally getting. If you need more frames you can squeeze out a few more by making the street lamps simple objects, however this will disable them at night.
