Distinct Order Icons

Description
Adds unique icons to the additional commander orders, kitbashed together using vanilla assets.

Overwrites all commander_order files. Also integrates VTM's Advance orders (AI allies/subjects won't advance if you're defending).

This isn't working for the Advance orders for me. I'm using this mod and VTM, but all the Advance orders just look like the basic Advance order. No special icons there. The Defend orders all have the right new icons, but not the Advance orders.
