Replaces the balding zombie with a completely shaved bald zombie (as seen in the beta!)

4th picture is the default, fifth picture is the shaved one

I found a way to make it so both the balding and fully bald heads can spawn. Is it okay if I use your texture or is it Valve's anyway?
