High in the mountains, in a small and peaceful town, a new episode of shadow and light will unfold. The Black List group, in its quest to seize control of communications and disrupt communication, has discovered a strategically important communications antenna standing in this secluded corner.

This antenna, known as the "Eagle Eye" because of its strategic location on a high mountain peak, was the only link for the townspeople and the region. The terrorists resolutely directed their forces to destroy this key element in order to isolate the city and deprive it of the possibility of communication with the outside world.

Global Risk, having received information about the insidious plans, sent their best forces to the city to prevent this act of terrorism. Thus began the critical struggle in the high–altitude halo, where every decision, every shot and every step became important, because the stakes were high - the freedom and safety of this secluded corner depended on the success of Operation Eagle Eye.
