Raid on the Nowheri Pump Station

Description
Insurgents have occupied a pump station and we have
intel, that they are planning an attack on the local
police station.
Your main objective is destroying their heavy equipment.
We don't know, what happened to the station's workers,
so potentially there are civilians in the building.
