SMPU setup spudram timermem

Example setup of the SMPU with 64 bytes of spudram and 256 bytes of timermemory.
100% vanilla, has selfwired XOR

Note:
This setup is unrealistic and not meant to be useful or impressive. Just a demo of memory mapping.

Usage:
After spawning in, please take it off the lift, and put it back on the lift again. This helps the timermemory logic reset and initialise properly.
Switch all of the green switches on and keep the red switches off. This configures the spudram to take up the first 64 bytes of the address space (where your program starts), and the timermem to use the last 256 bytes (the stack).
