Description

General Information:

Bookmarked is a submod for A Game of Thrones that adds additional sandbox start dates which accompany the existing start dates in the base mod. These include:
Century of Blood:
Aegon's Conquest:
Dance of the Dragons:
The First Blackfyre Rebellion:
War of the Five Kings:
A Clash of Kings:
A Feast for Crows:

Challenge Characters:

I intend on adding the main menu start dates that CK3AGOT removes or replaces until it becomes a burden to pull the bookmark portraits. Then I will just keep the ones I think are cool.


Disclaimers:

This mod will not expand beyond much of what it is now, it is what it is and you may need to fill in some blanks with your own creative freedom(console commands, cheat menus) if you find that something is missing or you just want to set something up for your playthrough.

You will find things that don't work or things that are wrong or things that aren't set up. Please do not request that I fix these things or add new content or whatever it may be that you think this mod is missing. I only intend on continuing to keep this mod up to date with the base mod.


Compatibility Information:

This should work with any other mod so long as the other mod:
  • doesn't modify the following bookmark files:
    common\bookmarks\challenge_characters\00_challenge_characters.txt common\bookmarks\groups\02_agot_bookmark_groups.txt
  • doesn't modify the following on_action files:
    common\on_action\agot_on_actions\agot_game_start.txt common\on_action\agot_on_actions\agot_yearly_on_actions.txt
  • doesn't modify the following history files:
    history\characters\00_agot_char_iron_islands_ancestors.txt history\characters\00_agot_char_valyrian_ancestors.txt history\titles\agot_empire_tier_titles.txt history\titles\agot_k_dragonstone.txt history\titles\agot_k_the_crownlands.txt history\titles\agot_k_the_iron_islands.txt

In The Century of Blood scenario, Aurion Varezys doesn't appear for me. I can still find him in-game, but his portrait disappeared.

@Forsakenmyhonour Mine would do the same, Vacate then just rehire themselves after a few months or so.

@chillingdan There is a way to play as starks again. It requires downloading and saving a script and potentially using console commands if you want it done more immediate. Someone posted them on the discord under the submod channel for either this mod or More Bookmarks

Everytime i play as aegon my maester's vacate their positions. I kept trying to hire a new one after being wounded but they'd keep quitting and my wounds got worse and worse

Hi, I really like this mod, especially the later bookmarks! It must have asked before but, is there a way to get Arya Stark back in those bookmarks? By playing with a Stark, through an event or an interaction or something? Thank you!

@Troof Hey was just playing with your mod. While I love the idea of having a Century of Blood bookmark there seemed to be quite a few bugs. The main one was that when on my first succession the diplomatic and spouse court positions for some reason we not able to be filled. Thank you though for taking the time to make it I know how rough it can be sometimes.
