Double the cost for double the potential power, this grand machine felt underwhelming with it's massive size yet output was the same as the smaller variants. This will give a build design reason to use the massive turbine over a smaller one in the correct circumstances.

(Clearance remains unchanged) 25 off the ground so 3 blocks up with 5 radius past the bounding box for optimal.

Components and power multiplier doubled to bring max optimal power to 800 rather than 400.

This is a free to use edit as it was barely a change, just doubled the components and power output, I've no interest in adding features or changes.
