4 machine guns with 15 extra ammo boxes on each one
Great visibility at night

1 normal player bed
A mini heli for aerial needs
Plenty of weapons and SAR equipment including:

1 Diving outfit
1 Fire outfit
1 Bomb disposal outfit
1 Armor vest outfit
1 Plate vest outfit
1 Chest rig outfit
6 grenades
8 C4 and 1 C4 detonator
1 pistol and 14 pistol mags
1 rifle and 12 rifle mags
1 SMG and 12 SMG mags
2 flashlights
2 binoculars
2 welders
2 underwater welders
1 fire extinguisher
6 first aid kits

Heli 1 controller seat and 1 passenger seat
1 Defibrillator
2 Fire extinguishers
1 Welder
4 Med kits on inner part of landing gear
Landing lights
Room for pilot and 3 passengers
4 landing mag alls

to get the natural disaster detector to work you need to install the addon and start a new game then go into
[enabled addons -> workshop -> zizos natural disaster announcements] make sure the toggle is green
THE CODE TO THE DISASTER DETECTOR FREQ. KEYPAD IS 4001 BY DEFAULT
