[BNW] The European Union - Jacques Delors

Description
Adds the European Union to the game!

UA: Single European Act : Local Happiness is directly added to production towards National Wonders and World Wonders. +1 Gold and Production for International Trade Routes between you and your partner for every Strategic Ressource the outgoing city has.

UU: Eurofighter Typhoon : Much more effective from the head start while defending and in clearing the sky (starts with Dogfighting I). Comes earlier and has a wider range of operation.

UB: European Central Bank: Replacing the Stock Exchange. Instead of the +25% Gold, gain 20% of your production transformed into gold and +2 Happiness.


Swaps the Peace and War Themes with Bismarck. Might further think about Bismarcks Music in the future.

@JCG check your mods folder to see if there's a file for this mod. If it's a .civ5mod file, extract it like you would a .rar file. If there's no file, download the mod manually using a workshop downloader

Hello. I have susbscribe to your mod, but the EU civ & its leader JD do not appear on the list of the playable civ. :-(. Is there any special thing to do ?

Given the ECB's role in the 2008-10 financial crisis (see: Greece), I'm surprised to see that the UB *adds* happiness. It should reduce it, really! XD

What do you mean by “swaps with”? Do they both use Ode to Joy, or did you replace Bismarck’s music with something else?
