Enchantment Desk Upgrade From Research Desk

Description
Adds the Enchantment Desk into the available pool of upgrades from the Research Desk.

Also adds it as an upgrade from the Blueprint desk, and upgrades into the Discount desk.

I had research desk roll into enchanting desk yesterday, should work fine
