AotR 2.11: Remove buff and nerf icons - Cinematic submod

Description
Submod for Awakening of the Rebellion, it removes buff and nerf icons from units if you want a movie like experience whyle using the cinematic camera.
You will not see suppression and other status icons outside the cinematic camera also, just keep that in mind!
