I believe the ethnicity weights of an already created hybrid culture will be defined in the save game. This mod won't help to change that. I'm afraid your only option is save game editing.
For your next playthrough my mod or a custom mod with ethnicity values can help get you the values for your hybrid culture that you want.
Yeah I figured as much. I've been searching in vain for a modder who attempts it because I haven't been able to make time to mod and debug it myself. Thanks again.
That's a very specific request, but it's definitely possible.
You'll have to create a mod where you crank up the numbers for the culture that you want to be genetically stronger, so that the other cultures total number becomes insignificant by comparison. Have the first culture total a 1000 and the other culture 10 for example. 99% of your courtiers should then have the desired genetics.
I haven't tried, but I imagine it's also possible to change the ethnicity frequencies via save game editing.
Sometimes I want to hybridize to gain a culture's aesthetics, but I hate that courtiers from their ethnicity start showing up.
