Tiny Substation

Description
Tiny electrical Substation.
Only provides 1.45MW.

Made for underground electricity cables in mind, but also works for overground cables.

There is a visual bug when you hover over it in the building menu. It will show some extremely high electricity value. I know what is causing this, but its only visual. So do not worry.

nice. i dont really like suggesting things, since its probably annoying , but can you make a sarcophagus like the one in chernobyl (for the twin reactor nuclear plant ingame).
