I think this is the port of Counter Strike: Source performance test map.
But It might have tested somewhere else of course.
They're also better compare to net_graph, since it's also shows the current FPS. While MSI afterburner program gets the highest and lowest FPS you're getting and gives you an avarage FPS score, making it possible to find the best graphic options for your pc.
It causes significant FPS drops on low-end PC's.
And at least 2 or 3 FPS loss on high or medium range PC's.
