Description
Remake of Toothless2603's "No Elements: The Wall" to be less fiddly. As a bonus, it very nearly follows the rules for Hen_ham's "The Minimalist" collection, except for 1 set of stairs which you will find very useful.

As a result it's also a lot easier (removed the first half of the puzzle aswell). But it's still pretty damn hard, don't get me wrong ;)

(Edit: Drat, just found a ninja solution. It's really hard and annoying to do, and requires a portal stand, so I'm not going to do anything about it now.)

My rendition of what I’m fairly sure is the actual solution
Now that I HAVE found a solution that doesn’t involve portal standing and that DOES make liberal use of the floor surfaces, I must say, this is actually a pretty fun mechanic. I love the incremental sense of progress each time you get higher and higher on “the wall” . I will also say that because this still involves a very minor amount of cheese, to people with a keen enough eye to discern the likely solution to this chamber, many will also see the other, more ninja-y way, perhaps even first like I did.

Anyway, since I’m now fairly confident I’ve discovered the intended strat, have a thumbs up and some ratings:
Difficulty: 4/10 (not to execute - to discover. Executing was very easy for me and only grew easier the further along I was)
Enjoyed: 7.5/10

it's not as hard as a 9/10 (4.5/5), Also, if done correctly, you don't need to portal back. I think you should include it somehow.

Ahh, one of my favorite portal maneuvers ( as evidenced here maybe... ) :p2cube: And indeed it is a lot less fiddly than Toothless2603's version. This one only took me one try, whereas Toothless2603's version took me 3+, even knowing about the wall trick :P

@jokmaster - No, but that's another one too :P

You can fling from the first area and replace a portal up on top if you're super careful, then just skip the floor portals area & fling up.

Ps : The ninja solution that you mean is : climb on the wall with only one portal ??
