Sensor Array Variant - Sight v1.0.1

Adds a variant of the Sensor Array without modifying the original, with these differences :
- Unlike Sensor Array, does not increase radar range.
- Increases sight range by 75% more than Sensor Array does.
- Added visuals on the floor of this one to tell them apart.

Balanced for base game.
Must be unlocked.

Radar variant
Pulsed variant

It's possible to build both Sight and Radar variants instead of the original. That would give you 75% better Sensors for double the costs.
I plan on using that for dedicated support spaceships.

-unlock cheaper by 1000 for harmonization with other variants.
