Description
Priest Mages in Dominions are often quite sad, because their holy paths are of little use. This is especially true of H2s, who pray a premium for a capability that rarely is relevant.

This mod adds 31 new holy spells to the game, some unlocked by your pretender having the appropriate holy path. These should give priest mages a bit more utility.


Spells unlocked by god's highest path:

Conduit of Fire - grants a heat aura to the caster.

Conduit of Gale - grants a debris shield to the caster, giving a partial air shield effect and doing passive damage to nearby enemies

Conduit of Cold -Grants a cold aura to the caster.

Conduit of Permanence - gives the caster magic resistance

Conduit of Mind - gives the caster spirit sight

Conduit of Undeath - causes the caster to revive as a soulless on death

Conduit of Life - grants 2 reinvigoration

Conduit of Trickery - gives the shroud of bewilderment effect

Conduit of Furor - causes the caster to go berserk

Madness to the Heathens - enrages enemy sacreds, requires the fire crosspath

Suffocation to the Heathens - causes fatigue to enemy sacreds, requires the air crosspath

Icy Grip to the Heathens - has a chance to encase enemy sacreds in ice, requires the water crosspath

Morass to the Heathens - slows enemy sacreds, requires the earth crosspath

Teleporation for the Faithful - randomly teleports a group of your sacreds, requires the astral crosspath

Frailty to the Heathens - weakens enemy sacreds, requires the death crosspath

Healing for the Faithful - heals friendly sacreds, requires the nature crosspath

Phantom Blades for the Faithful -grants some friendly sacreds phantasmal blades if they fail an MR check, rquires the glamour crosspath

Battering to the Heathens - your mage punches enemy sacreds from a distance, requires the blood crosspath



Generic Holy Spells:

Smiting Comet - shoots a fireball that causes the prison of fire effect

Shell of Air - grants twist fate and air shield to a small group of units

Summon Divine Swimmers - summons two very weak but sacred ethereal fish

Prayer of Titanform - enlarges a small group of units

Prayer of Warping - Cripples a small group of enemies with bad precision

Prayer of Transference - drains life from a nearby enemy

Prayer of the Stampede - enlarges animal and gives them increased attack skill

Chaos Hammer - Stuns a group of enemies with very random targeting

Blasphemy - possibly mutes and feebleminds a group of non demonic or undead enemies


Abysia National Spells:

Strength of the Volcona - as Strength of Giants but H2E1 to cast

Fury of the Flames - Berserks a small group and grants them the barkskin effect

Curse of Rhuax - slows a group of enemies

Anathemant Invigoration - grants reinvigoration








In the future I plan to expand the mod with national spells for some nations that are defined by their priest mages.

wow i found this and JUST LAST NIGHT i was thinking holy magic should have some crosspaths, and have access too all holy spells and have crosspaths instead, and then yea, this mod =]

Chaos Hammer claims it uses glamour, but actually takes astral to cast - possible bug? Astral already has Prayer of Warping...
