Description
Removes most restrictions on changing planet preference. Still need tech to change genes/parts.


Per the image Preference are as followes; from Left to Right

Non-Machine Preference's
Desert, Arid, Savanna,
Tropical, Continental, Ocean,
Arctic, Tundra, Alpine,
AI World, Tomb World, Gaia World,
Ring World, Habitat, Machine World,
Hive World, Relic World,
Gaia World - From Event - Gives +5% Pop Output,
Ecumenopolis

Machine Preference's
Dry, Wet, Cold,
Habitat, Gaia World, Machine World,
Ring World, Relic World, Tomb World,
Nanite World


Not Compatible
- Planetary Diversity see Planet Preference PD Unlocked.

Recommended
- Traits Remove and/or Add

Some of those symbols represent special habitabilities, ordered from left to right would be Machine Wolrd, Tomb Worlds, Gaia Worlds, Ring Worlds (not sure), Hive Worlds, (not sure neither), (neither sure), Bonus in Ring Worlds, Bonus in Gaia Worlds, and, not sure, but maybe Ecumenopolis with bonus (missing Orbital Habitats on the screenshot but is shown on the miniature)
