Coal Furnace

Description
Adds a Coal Furnace job block to the game that uses Coal instead of Firewood.

I have also doubled the crafting speed of items because of the more "efficient" fuel.

Unlocked with 'Steel' technology

I must say this is a good idea since its not vanilla thing. Firewood should be burning through lumber fast and be very inefficient for heating metals, but coal in the furnace should be much better with less consumption of the fuel. Definitely taking this mod to my collection :D
