The wooden panel with the Russian name on it (file woodlogo1.tga.tx in mod-subfolder Resource\Textures\Items) is unique for ALL PLANTS/FLOWERS EXCEPT MANGA ROSA (file woodlogo2.tga.tx).
Basically, there is no real need to actually change it to English as the various plant names (Jamaican Pepper, Angel's trumpets, Datura etc.) will never be shown on the panel.
I've created a very cheap English retexturing (name: PLANT) and it seems to work for resolution 1920x1080...
