Active Divine Intervention

Description
Turns Divine Intervention into an active item.

Car Battery increases shield duration by 50%.
Book of Virtues spawns single room wisps with homing.
Judas' Birthright fires a small brimstone laser.

Thanks to Biggus Dickus the Roman for making Active Mars and Ginger88895 for making mars trigger, both were used to make this mod.

@Biggus Dickus the Roman i imagine it wouldnt be too hard. because its innate for T. Azazel you could make it a pocket active for him and him only
