Boxes of Jars and Lids Better Spawns

Utilizes code from BetterJarSpawn and Jar Lid MOD for build 41 to increase boxes of jars spawn rate/locations and add boxes of lids in equal quantity. Hopefully this should stop finding only boxes of lids and still maintain the scarcity of each.

Does not touch singular jar/lid spawns anymore to not clutter distribution lists.

Also altered to include the grocerystorage room definition, also known as the back storage room of Gigamart. Now all those shelves have a small chance for boxes of jars and lids.

If you have Food Preservation Plus enabled, boxes of lids will not spawn because FPP makes it so you get a lid back when opening jars. In vanilla you lose the lid, hence the lid for extras. If someone wants boxes of lids to spawn with FPP perhaps I'll make an update for it
