Improved Agartha

--Ver 1.01 = Improved national items, Tablet gains flying shield and Girdle shoots flying shards.

This mod improves Agartha.
It gives the underground nation a couple national items and spells, lowered gold costs, upgrades its core units into powerful albeit slow infantry, and finally teaches the rock obsessed Pale ones how to throw rocks and their successors to use slings for some minor ranged damage.

I increased the attack and defenses of Pale ones to be slightly less than a standard human soldier (8 > 9 vs base human 10). Their strength was increased (12 > 13) and natural prot (0 > 3) to represent living in the harsh underground.

I also differentiated the Pale vs Wet ones, with Wet ones having softer skin, but more flexibility (-1 prot, +2 def), they also receive nets to showcase their aquatic theme.
Some equipment changes mostly revolve around giving Pale ones throwing rocks with a limited amount of ammo (2). Human in later ages gain slings to further highlight this nation's love of ROCK.

The Umbral and Penumbral summons gain bite and claw attacks. The various "Guards" gain bodyguard and castle defense proficiencies. Blindlords and fighters gain fear and twist fate to really lean into their magical nature. Finally the Ktonians gain small retinues themed toward their professions.
