Updated Steam Game Server DLLs

This file contains updated DLLs required to run dedicated game servers so that they are visible in Steam.

Valve has made this change mandatory now in order to prevent game servers from being abused as participants in DDoS UDP amplification attacks. (It doesn't prevent the server from BEING attacked, it prevents the server from attacking other IPs).

Since the link to steam_bins_6246211.zip in the original Valve post is dead, I uploaded the file to the workshop.

Copy the contents of the Win32 folder from the zip to your C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\common\TOXIKK\Binaries\Win32 folder.

NOTE: In general it is a bad idea to install executable files (.exe, .dll, ...) from an untrusted source.
To verify that these are legit, you can extract the DLLs to a temporary location, right-click each DLL, select Properties and go to the "Digital Signatures" tab. It will show that the file is digitally signed by Valve and not modfied by anyone else.
